A small group weighted yoga session offers a supportive, focused practice in an intimate setting of up to four people, allowing for clear guidance, alignment cues, and attentive support throughout the class.
Each session is thoughtfully designed in advance and focuses on creating a strong, strength-focused flow incorporating optional light weights. Modifications and variations are offered throughout so you can work at a level that feels appropriate for your body on the day.
Classes include strengthening techniques, controlled resistance work, breath-led movement, mobility practices, alignment guidance, and guided relaxation or meditation for grounding and recovery.
Ideal for anyone seeking a more supportive small-group environment, these sessions provide individual attention and a structured space to build strength, confidence, and body awareness — while benefiting from the shared energy of a small group practice.
Private Group Session
Private group sessions offer a thoughtfully designed yoga or movement experience created for a private gathering. Sessions can take place in my home studio (up to 4 participants) or at a chosen location, creating a relaxed and meaningful shared experience.
Each class is planned in advance according to your wishes and may range from a strong, energising flow to a slower, more grounding practice, with optional use of light weights, meditation and journalling. Modifications and variations are offered throughout to ensure the practice feels accessible and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Ideal for birthdays, bachelorettes, small celebrations, or simply time set aside to move and reconnect together, private group sessions provide a calm yet uplifting space to celebrate, unwind, and feel nourished — wherever you choose to practice.
1:1 Private Session
A private session offers a fully personalised practice tailored to your pre-established goals, with support in alignment and individual attention .
Whether you want a strong, strength-focused flow with dynamic movement and optional weights, or a gentle, mindful session to ease stress and improve mobility; each class is designed specifically for you.
